Co-Owner/Office Manager 

Mike and Chrissy founded MBTY in early 2011. He himself has been doing lawn care for well over 20+ years. You will still see him out and about on lawns to this day. Mike is also our seasoned estimator. If you need an estimate, mike will be the one you will see.

Mike and Chrissy founded MBTY in early 2011. Known for her people-first approach, she ensures both employees and customers feel valued and supported every step of the way. She is the backbone of the company (everyone's mom).  

Administrator 

Alaena has been with MBTY for 3+ years. She is the secretary, bookkeeper, and payroll specialist at MBTY, known for keeping everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles everything from managing finances to supporting the team.

Crew Supervisor 

Alex has been with MBTY for 3+ years. He himself has been in lawn care 14 years.  Leading teams in both lawn mowing and snow removal operations

Jared has been with MBTY for 3+ years. He himself has been doing lawn care for over 5+ years. Leading teams in both lawn mowing and snow removal operations. 

Side Work Supervisor 

Clayton has been with MBTY for 13 years. Clayton specializes in trimming, hedging, all things side work. 

Handyman 

Kenny has been with MBTY since the beginning. He has 20+ years of experience in landscaping. Kenny specializes in woodwork, remodels, fence repairs, home repairs and much more. 

Pressure Washing Division 

Dylan has been with MBTY 1 year. He is newer to the MBTY family but fits in very well. Dylan leads our pressure washing division, as well as our bin washing division.
